New Immunization Requirements for 2009-2010 School Year!
The Department of State Health Services has amended the 25 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 97, Subchapter B, §§97.61; 97.63-97.72.
Changes will be in effect for the 2009-2010 school year.
You must have your child current before October 2nd and a record needs to be on file in the nurses office. Failure to comply could cause your student not to be in school until completed.

21st Century Program at Haas! Haas Middle School has been awarded a grant to provide additional academic and enrichment/recreational activities for our students. The program is designed to meet the needs of all students in grades 6-8. The program will offer assistance at no charge to students or parents in the many areas.
*Academic Assistance *Technology *character Curriculum
*Increasing self-esteem *Life Skills *Positive guidance *Dance
*Parenting Skills and so much more.
The program is daily with a morning session in the library 8:00 to 8:50 and an afternoon session 4:00 to 7:00.
Enrollment is on-going and doesn't have a deadline. All Haas students are invited to come and join us for fun filled activities for the summer.

Boundary Changes Approved by CCISD Board:
On Monday, April 13, 2009, the CCISD Board Members approved the proposal to modify the existing boundary for Kaffie Middle School. Students will be shifted from Kaffie to Browne Middle School and Haas Middle School in order to alleviate both current and future crowding at Kaffie. In order for Haas to better accommodate its incoming students, a group of students will be moved to Cullen Middle School. Please click on the attachment to see the maps.
